Спаначена торта



4 бр. - яйца
11/2ч.ч. -захар
1 ч.ч.- олио
200гр. - бланширан спанак
2ч.ч. - брашно
1 бакпулвер

За крема:

500 гр. -маскарпоне
400 гр. - заквасена сметана 20%
200 гр.- финна извара
80гр. - пудра захар

Яйцата и захарта се разбиват с миксер до пухкав крем.
Спанакът се пасира предварително с олиото и се прибавя към яйчената смес.
Добавят се ванилията и брашното смесено с бакпулвера. 
Всичко се разбърква добре.
Сместа се разделя на две части.
Пекат се два отделни блата на 180 гр.във форма /24см /с откопчаващи стени /подмазана и набрашнена/.
Блатовете се охлаждат напълно. Изрязват се с ринг ,с диаметър 20 см.
Всеки  се реже през средата с остър нож,за да се получат 4 блата с диаметър 20 см.

Крема се получава като се разбият на ръка маскарпонето,заквасената сметана ,изварата и пудрата захар.
Тортата се сглобява като се редят блат крем,блат крем.От горе се намазва с крем.
Може и цялата да се измаже  и  декорира с трохи от изрязаните по-рано блатове.
В случая е поръсена само от горе, а украсата е от фонданови цветове и листа.
